About The Position

Airobotics is seeking an experienced System investigator to join the investigation team. Responsibilities for this position include smooth operation for client sites around the world 24/7. The investigator must ensure a high-quality product through problem solving and troubleshooting support. Investigators master Airobotics technical, mechanical and software systems, and is capable to identify, analyse and solve various malfunctions in all system’s level. The investigating unit works closely with R&D departments to maintain a high level of updated implantation and product improvements

Airobotics has developed a pilotless automated UAV solution, the first of its kind in the global market. We provide an end-to-end, fully automatic UAV solution for collecting aerial data and gaining insights. Our industrial grade platform enables industries such as mining and oil & gas to access aerial data in a faster, safer, more efficient manner. Role will be at Airobotics Australia- Perth.

Requirements

· High-level understanding of computer systems and software – Must

· Basic understanding of programming languages and reading code- Must

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to details

· Available for a full-time position in shift hours including nights and weekends – Must

· Team player, ability to work under pressure

· Junior technical support representative with a 2 years’ experience– advantage

· Electrical, mechanical or computer science qualification – advantage

· Experience with UAV, flying models or similar – advantage

· Engineering background – advantage
