About The Position

Airobotics has developed a pilotless automated UAV solution, the first of its kind in the global market. We provide an end-to-end, fully automatic UAV solution for collecting aerial data and gaining insights. Our industrial grade platform enables industries such as mining and oil & gas to access aerial data in a faster, safer, more efficient manner. Role will be at Airobotics USA is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

We are currently seeking a Senior Supply Program Manager to our team in Scottsdale, AZ. The successful candidate will drive the execution of Supply Chain strategies in effective and efficient manner. The candidate is expected to implement processes that enables successful implementation of programs with suppliers and manufacturing partners in the respective region. This position requires a good skill set to collaborate with internal cross functional teams such as NPI, Procurement, Planning & Control, Finance, Legal and external partners/suppliers globally.

This position will follow the Product life cycle process, with defined Milestones and ensure compliance to pass gate checkpoints and reports out status and achievements periodically, and be responsible to define a cross functional Budget, timeline and activities for all team members and will ensure timely execution, to achieve target to launch new products. The position will be responsible to track product and system cost and manage to achieve cost and quality targets during the entire life cycle.

The key responsibilities of this position include: managing all aspects of outsourcing activities from conducting Request for Proposal/Quote, performing supplier assessment & qualification and project timeline management to align with business plans. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end process of manufacturing outsourcing including managing partner relationships, project reviews, alert potential issues, evaluate scenarios with recommendations to management to assist decision making.


  • A Bachelor’s degree or professional supply chain certification required
  • 8-10 years of experience Supply Chain/Program Management
  • High competency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management, tracking tools experience required.
  • Experienced in managing program in fast pace environment and working with global organization and regional cultures;
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organization goals
  • Experienced in interfacing at all levels of the organization with ability to articulate vision and convey a sense of urgency 
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external business partners
  • Solid experience and knowledge with advance skills in Procurement/Sourcing process and methodlogy.
  • Excellent communication with written, verbal and presentation skills to all levels of audiences
  • Strong data analytics and report preparation skills
  • Resourceful in resolutions, initiating continuous improvements and drive operation excellence and best practices
  • Work experience in startup environment and within aerospace industry - a plus advantage


  • Functions as the lead in conducting Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, Request for Information through collaboration with Product Management, Procurement, Finance, and Operations in alignment to business strategies and objectives. (RFP, RFQ)
  • Drives activities on supplier assessment, selection, pricing review & negotiation, qualification through to supplier implementation milestone.
  • Manages Outsourcing Programs through leading weekly reviews that lead to project implementation with selected supplier or partner. 
  • Responsible for the Executive Outsourcing strategy that includes creating Statements of Work, project timelines planning and recommendations for the executive leadership, including risks mitigation actions.
  • Responsible for Program/Project milestones tracking and follow up to ensure that deliverables are protected to meet business goals.
  • Own contract management 9MSA’s) through working with internal Legal Counsel and Supplier.
  • Responsibility weekly/monthly reporting on project status, gaps and BOM cost development
  • Drives Project execution with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manages escalations in case of project schedule impact or delays
  • Performs other duties as assigned or apparent
