Airobotics reserves the right to change the volumes, delivery dates, and/or the nature of the Supply at any time. Any resulting decreases in cost of performance shall be passed through to Airobotics. If such change results in a material increase in cost or time of performance, an equitable adjustment to the price and/or delivery date may be made by mutual agreement. If Airobotics and Supplier are unable to agree on an equitable adjustment, Airobotics may, at its option, terminate all or any portion of the Order without liability.
